Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, the bling and being barefoot is optional! This is a low impact activity that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Consistency is key to learning and growing.

Session Xpress - SessionXpress is an intense, fast paced, strength training program utilizing heavy Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Rubber Tubing, Bosu's, benches and bodyweight exercises.

Spin - Instructors guide participants through workout phases from warm-up, steady up tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose. Constant adjustment is normal. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face) and a water bottle. Spinning bikes have toe clips so you can wear tennis shoes. But many pedals also work with Shimano-style SPD cleats Participation in Spinning will enhance your speed, strength and stamina, improve your overall physical health and increase your caloric burn.

STEP & PUMP - One of the most popular forms of aerobic workouts, step class is an excellent way to get fit. Step involves the use of a raised platform on which a series of exercises are performed under the guidance of an instructor. Risers are used to raise the platform to increase the challenge of the exercises. The pump part of the class is done with weights and tubes to increase muscle definition. This class is fun, energetic and gives you a full workout.
